Biography

​A native of South Korea, Won Joon Lee and his family emigrated from Seoul to the US when he was seventeen years old. After finishing high school, he attended Cal State San Bernardino and received a BA in Finance. He began his career by establishing a restaurant in San Bernardino, which he operated until 2005. He pursued a career in the restaurant/hospitality industry until 2010 when he founded a security company, which he still operates and currently has a variety of commercial clients.

​Won Joon is an avid student of the martial arts, and for many years he participated in MMA sports – especially boxing. For balance, he is also a practitioner of meditation, is an ordained Buddhist minister, and has studied world spirituality and Korean/Asian history for many years.
