Biography

Mr. Saltzman engages in private and public international law litigation.  He has assisted foreign countries and related entities in successfully overcoming complex and politically sensitive legal challenges. He also handles matters involving civil liberties and the rights of individuals to freely speak and write about genuine historical and political controversies.
